ANNOUNCEMENT OF PLANS TO CHANGE THE PROSPECTUS OF ALL MUTUAL FUNDS MANAGED BY PT SEQUIS ASET MANAJEMEN

PT Sequis Aset Manajemen (“Investment Manager”) hereby announces plans to change the prospectus for all Mutual Funds managed by PT. Sequis Aset Management (“Mutual Fund”).

The changes we plan to make are:

I. Amend the provisions in Chapter II of the Mutual Fund Prospectus concerning Information regarding Mutual Funds, in particular changing the composition of the Investment Committee, to be as follows:

- Member: Fransisca

- Member: Epsen Halim, CFA, FRM, CAIA

II. Amending the provisions in Chapter III of the Mutual Fund Prospectus concerning Investment Manager, in particular changing the composition of the Board of Commissioners, to be as follows
