His career started as IT Manager at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia. He once held a Commissioner position at PT. Indopacific Cemerlang, an Information Technology Company in 2000, the same year when he returned to financial sector by becoming Commissioner at PT NISP Sekuritas, and in 2001 he was assigned to President Director in the same company. In 2012 he was assigned as President Director of PT NISP Aset Management which then became PT Aberdeen Asset Management, before he joined PT Sequis Aset Manajemen in 2018 as President Director. He holds Bachelor of Science from San Fransisco State University and WMI No. No.KEP-28/PM/WMI/2003; WPEE No.KEP-73/PM/IP/PEE/2001 and WPPE No.KEP-599/PM/IP/PPE/2000 license.

Director

Her career started as Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager at PT BNP Paribas Investment Partners. She had served as Accounting Supervisor at PT Alfa Laval Indonesia, a multi-national company from Sweden that provides innovative products and technology for various industries. In 2014, she returned to the financial industry by serving as Finance & Accounting Manager at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life. Equipped with the experience and knowledge she has in the financial industry, especially investment management, she was entrusted to be one of the team members participating in the application for PT Sequis Aset Manajemen Investment Manager license to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) until PT Sequis Aset Manajemen obtains its license as an Investment Manager in 2016, where Fransisca served as Head of Finance and Accounting at PT Sequis Aset Manajemen. Fransisca holds a Bachelor of Computer degree from Bina Nusantara University, as well as Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license from the Capital Market authority based on Decree No.KEP-33/PM/WMI/2013 dated 10 April 2013 and Broker Dealer Representative (WPPE) license based on Decree No.KEP-883/PM.212/WPPE/2021 dated 15 December 2021.
